Senior Delivery Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Creates project plans (scope, timeline, resourcing) in collaboration with all stakeholders from different areas. 

• Provides day-to-day oversight of the project; involves constantly monitoring the project's progress, identifying bottlenecks, and, working with all stakeholders (product, tech, delivery management) to decide the necessary actions to keep the project on track. 

• Constantly engages in dependencies management (outside the teams) and impediment removal. 

• Manages potential risks and works with the team to develop mitigation strategies. 

• Facilitates change management by assessing the impact of changes, communicating them to the team, and adjusting project plans accordingly. 

• Serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitates transparent and timely communication regarding project status. 

• Fluent in project management, Agile and other industry best practices, and can select/combine and coach the project team to meet goals. 

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• 5 Years of Relevant Experience

Job Category Summary:

Manages all phases of technology delivery: from planning through execution and post-delivery, leading areas such as stakeholders, communication, risks and dependencies management. Manages portfolio operations and administration such as vendor management. Works cross-functionally with all areas and stakeholders involved in technology delivery, establishing shared vision within the agreed delivery framework and technology standards. Promotes continuous improvement, Agile culture, and best practices and partnership between Technology and other areas of the business.
