We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team in Jerusalem. This is an amazing opportunity to work on industry-leading library and discovery products, including Primo VE, Classic, NDE, SFX, and Alma CDI, using technologies like Java, Selenium, and JUnit. The team consists of 6 QA professionals and reports to the QA Team Lead. We have a great skill set in cross-platform testing, Agile development, and test automation, and we would love to speak with you if you have experience in end-to-end testing of SaaS platforms or academic content delivery systems

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• 2 years of experience in both manual and automated QA

• 2+ years of experience writing and executing test cases (STDs) independently

• 2+ years of experience performing regression testing across platforms

• Proficiency in Java, Selenium, and JUnit

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in Agile development environments

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

It would be great if you also had...

• Experience supporting multiple QA environments and cross-platform testing

• Exposure to a range of SaaS or cloud-based products

• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration

• Education: Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline

What will you be doing in this role?

• Plan and perform regression testing across multiple products and platforms

• Independently write and execute detailed test cases (STDs)

• Report, document, and track bugs clearly and thoroughly

• Participate in test planning and design discussions with QA and development teams

• Support ongoing development with a focus on delivering high-quality releases

About the Team

You will join a dynamic QA group working across several flagship products including Primo VE, Classic, NDE, SFX, and Alma CDI. The team is collaborative and supportive, with QA engineers working closely alongside developers and product teams to ensure quality at every stage of the development cycle. Internal stakeholders include developers, product managers, and scrum teams; external stakeholders may include customers and support engineers. The team operates in a fast-paced Agile environment, offering opportunities for continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
