RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinates and conducts new hire on boarding.
  • Recruiting for WWT’s core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.
  • Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool.
  • Coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinates with temporary agencies to staff open positions, when applicable
  • Understand company’s policies and benefits.
  • Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates
  • Post jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.
  • Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
  • Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
  • Develop a network of business and candidate contacts
  • Establish and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
  • Effectively communicate with management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs
  • Miscellaneous projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2-7+ years’ experience in Recruiting
  • Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred
  • Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
  • Experience with contract negotiations
  • Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
