职责：

1. 系统运行与巡检​​

• 负责暖通系统（制冷机组、地源热泵系统、空调机组、射流机组、风机盘管、空压系统等）的日常运行监控、巡检及抄表工作，确保温湿度达标。
• 定时检查管道、阀门状态，预防跑冒滴漏事故，保障设备安全运行
• 熟悉了解其他系统（如建筑维护，强弱电系统，消防系统等）的运行要求，支援其他同事工作

​​2. 设备维护与故障处理​​

• 执行设备预防性维护保养计划（如空调机组、射流机组、风机盘管、空压系统等），进行电机保养，滤网清洗、部件更换等
• 快速响应车间温湿度异常、设备故障等突发问题，组织抢修并记录处理过程
• 主管交待的其他工作，如配合其他系统同事进行维修保养工作等。

​​技术支持与项目管理​​

• 优化系统运行方案，提出节能措施（如调整设备运行时间、能耗统计分析）
• 配合监督委外供应商进行设备保养工作

​​文档与安全管理​​

• 整理技术资料、编制运行报告和维修记录，确保档案完整
• 可根据厂商建议编制操作流程和保养内容
• 监督施工安全规范，排查安全隐患，编写应急程序（如设备故障预案）

任职要求​​

• ​学历​​：中专/大专及以上学历，暖通、制冷、机电一体化、环境工程等相关专业

• ​​经验要求​​：​​1-3年​​ 以上工厂或大型项目暖通运维经验，具备图纸识读能力，熟悉冷机（磁悬浮、螺杆机、多联机等）、空压机等动力设备原理及维护

• 有足够的​​责任心与执行力​​：细致严谨，吃苦耐劳，能适应倒班或紧急加班​​

• 沟通协作​​：具备团队意识，能协调施工方、监理及跨部门合作

• ​​问题解决​​：逻辑清晰，具备故障分析及现场管理能力，可独立处理末端系统故障

• 有办公软件使用，CAD识图和制图能力为佳

• 有办公软件使用，CAD识图和简单制图能力
