Senior Financial Analyst

Position Summary: 

Performs financial analysis, planning, reporting and support for assigned schools.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the financial forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting for approximately 15 school campuses
• Responsible for Corporate metrics and reporting as assigned by the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis
• Serves as primary contact for the Campus Presidents regarding financial information (including budgeting & forecasting)
• Supports the VP of FP&A, as needed, regarding other Board of Directors’, lenders’, and Industry reporting and analysis
• Other duties as assigned
• Regular and reliable attendance

 

Classification:  Exempt

 

Work Hours:  Forty hours but may vary daily, and some evening and weekend hours may be required.

 

Travel:  None

 

Working Environment:  Remote

Qualifications

Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field
• Minimum of Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or similar major
• Extensive analytical work using Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to illustrate ability to problem solve independently
• Leadership and analysis qualities a must
• A fast paced environment requires good time management and ability to make deadlines
• Visual Basic (MS Access and Excel macro writing) a plus
