With over 50 villages nationally and more than 2,800 units under management, we’re proud to support residents aged over 55 to live independently with confidence, dignity, and connection.
Our values of compassion, fun, community, and a drive for continuous improvement shape everything we do and we’re looking for like minded people who are passionate about making a difference.
About the role
We’re currently seeking expressions of interest for an Administration Officer to support the daily operations of our independent living village. In this vital role, you’ll work closely with the Park Manager to keep things running smoothly from resident records and event coordination to stock levels and inboxes. You'll bring strong attention to detail, warmth in communication, and a people first approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the Village Manager with daily administrative tasks including inbox management, scheduling, and correspondence
- Coordinate and maintain accurate records for residents and the village, ensuring data integrity and timely updates
- Prepare documentation for Support Office and support compliance procedures
- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organised and welcoming front office
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and basic facilities coordination
- Support the planning and execution of village events and community activities
- Maintain accurate records and uphold safety procedures in line with Eureka’s policies
- Contribute to a positive resident experience through warm, professional communication
About You
You’ll be confident, detail-focused, and bring a warm, approachable presence to the village. You enjoy keeping things organised, staying two steps ahead, and helping others, especially in a role that balances admin skills with building relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally in a village, aged care, or residential setting (essential)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, flexible attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- A discreet and respectful approach to handling resident and business information
- The ability to satisfy pre-employment checks including a National Police History Check and First Aid certification
We celebrate equity, diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and success.
Please note: we are not accepting recruitment agency resumes.
