Primarily targeting institutional investors (such as financial institutions and pension funds), the role involves providing detailed responses to inquiries related to existing clients and mandates, offering high-frequency value-added services, contributing to the top-up investments and cross-selling, and continuously striving to build and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The asset classes and products mainly handled are traditional and alternative credit-related assets, and the role may also involve creating comments on individual companies and/or markets.

Qualifications:
Experience: 
Credit-related knowledge and experience (Experience in credit investment at financial institutions, creation of credit-related analysis and comments, or experience in providing services to institutional investors regarding credit assets) (7 years or more of experience)
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and compliance in asset management companies and a high level of compliance awareness
Broad expertise in the asset management industry and products 

Soft skills:

Proposal ability, negotiation skills, teamwork ability, communication skills, self-management ability (time and tasks), proactive actions, interpersonal skills with flexibility, high sense of responsibility and accountability to tasks
High communication ability and willingness to engage with overseas colleagues
Willingness to practice efficient, effective, and sustainable for stakeholder management over the long term

Preferred qualifications:
CFA, CMA, CFP, MBA, or equivalent knowledge of securities and investment
Business-level English proficiency and negotiation skills in English (TOEIC score of 860 or higher or very high motivation to achieve an equivalent level of English)
Other qualifications related to business operations, such as presentation material creation and data analysis
Presentation, risk management or any other licenses, skills and/or knowledges which are related to this position
