The primary purpose is to facilitate seamless developments in SAP ERP ECC, S4/HANA, GTS. Key accountabilities include -
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, providing solutions that align with business objectives, and implementing scalable and reliable applications on the SAP ECC/S4 Suite.
• Expertise in providing technical support to resolve reporting-related issues and incidents, including root cause analysis, problem resolution and implementing OSS Notes.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides.
• Conducting testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of ECC and S4/HANA solutions.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems and cloud technologies with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Strong hands-on in all RICEFW areas of ABAP with Expertise in ALE, IDOC’s, Proxy, BAPI, RFC, Workflow, BADI, Enhancement framework, Customer-Exits, User-Exits, BTE, BDC, LSMW, Adobe Forms, Dialog Programming, ALV Reports, OOPS, Data Dictionary objects.
• Have strong ABAP development experience in functional areas of: Order to Cash, Manufacture to Deliver, Plan to Make, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Ecommerce, Vistex and Ariba.
• S4HANA: Clean core approach using ODATA Services, Fiori App development/extension, CDS Views, APIs, AMDP, Low-code, No-code and BRF+.
• Performance optimization: Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization tools like Code Inspector, Run time Analysis & SQL Trace.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will interact with as a regular part of the position responsibilities. Include any external interactions as appropriate.
• Interacting with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that development solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within the client's IT landscape.
• Coordinate with Global ERP and ICC teams, ERP developers and other members of the development team to implement desired solutions, peer unit testing, code reviews, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
Experience:
• At least 5+ years of experience in development in SAP ECC, S4/HANA, GTS, SCM
• At least 3+ years of experience in SAP Vistex, Ecommerce, Ariba
• Good understanding about Eclipse ADT, creation of CDS View Entities, Joins, Associations, CDS Views with Input Parameters, currency conversion, unit conversion, VDM, Metadata extension, Annotations, Performance analysis of CDS views, AMDP, CDS Table Functions, AMDP BADI, ODATA & performing CRUD operations
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.
• Expertise in Upgrade, Migration, Implementation and Production Support Projects, along with a keen passion to stay up to date with latest technologies and coming up with PoCs for how they can be used by Business users and for technical feasibility.
• Strong Experience in SAP ECC/S4/HANA, GTS, Vistex, Ariba Development
• Strong experience in building/integrating APIs, SOAP services and REST APIs
• Strong Experience in developing WFRICEF(Fiori) in cross functional areas.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Worked on least one end-to-end SAP Implementation, upgrade, Migration and Global Rollouts.
• SQL: Ability to write highly efficient SQL queries and HANA DB AMDPs
• CDS views: Strong experience customizing CDS views.
• Good understanding of HANA DB, AMDP, BAS, ADT and BTP
• Performance optimization: Proficiency in performance tuning techniques, such as evaluating statistical performance and data load improvisation.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Good at delivering projects by collaborating closely with onsite functional teams for requirement gathering, preparing technical design specifications, conducting technical unit testing, performing developments as per project coding standards and best practices, perform code reviews, and providing project updates during weekly status calls with onsite colleagues and project stakeholders.
• Understanding of SOX and regulatory reporting
• Certifications in SAP ABAP and SAP HANA is highly desirable.

Regular working hours are from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST. (ICC Second Shift)
Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
