Job Description​

Saint Luke’s Medical Plaza Imaging is seeking a PRN Referral Specialist to join our team.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:30pm - This is a PRN Position

Responsibilities:

• Complete Referral Forms

• Triage phone calls that come into office to ensure appropriate disposition and action 

• Triage and take appropriate action regarding warm transfer calls

• Maintain referrals logs 

• Maintain constant communication with care teams regarding scheduling 

• Collaborate with Nurse Manager for provider and care team medical supply needs
