Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, Ogden, UT

ECCXI an eCommerce subsidiary of Maytronics, is in search of an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor for our Ogden, UT location. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from managing inventory to leading and motivating warehouse staff. The Assistant Warehouse Supervisor will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the success of our operations and play a key role in optimizing our warehouse processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supports hiring and training of new employees.
• Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
• Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
• Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
• Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
• Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.
• Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
• Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
• Resolves routine equipment issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, HS Diploma/GED required.
• At least six months of experience in distribution or manufacturing required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.

Salary: Base Salary up $44,000 annually

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to be on their feet at least 60% of the day
