About the opportunity
Calling for a candidate with strong leadership skills, charismatic and with progressive thinking to join our management team. You will be working alongside the Manager and another Team leader to manage the ever-expanding team and to support in the day to day running of the clinic.
- This is predominantly a clinical role, with the candidate providing clinical leadership to the team, assisting the manager in the daily operations and the quality improvement within the team.
- This role involves the coordination of discharges to help manage the flow of referrals and progress of consumer recovery journeys.
- You'll be expected to: support in caseload monitoring and chairing of meetings including Clinical reviews.
- Act in the capacity of manager while manager is on leave.
- Assist in conflict resolutions and working with clinicians to be the best versions of themselves.
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers”.

Qualifications:
- RPN4; OT3; SW3 or Psychologist 3
- A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse; Occupational Therapist; Psychologist and eligible for Social Work Membership Endorsement.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
