Intern – Product Data Collection & Preparation (Product Carbon Footprint Project)

We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented interns to support our Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) data collection initiative. The selected interns will work closely with the Sustainability and Product Management teams to collect, validate, and prepare product data using Excel and internal tools. The role will play a key part in enabling our carbon footprint calculations for our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect product-related data from internal databases and suppliers.

• Consolidate and organize data in Excel following defined templates and formats.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders for clarifications and missing data.

• Support in maintaining proper documentation of data sources and assumptions.

• Assist in preliminary analysis or data checks as required.

Key Requirements:

• Current student (preferably in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including data entry, formatting, basic formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic understanding of sustainability, environmental data, or product life cycle assessment is a plus (not mandatory).

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
