Fund Accounting Manager (3-5 Years)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Experience in auditing/accounting/financial reporting.
• Fund accounting & NAV reporting-Manage end-to-end fund accounting, including NAV calculations, reconciliations, and investor reporting.
• Financial review & compliance-Ensure accuracy in financial statements, audits, and compliance with US GAAP and SEBI AIF regulations.
• Funding & cash flow management- Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and monitor fund cash flows.
• Bank & external liaison- Act as the primary contact for banks, auditors, fund administrators, and regulators.
• Risk & process optimization-Strengthen internal controls, identify process gaps, and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• CA qualification is mandatory (CA 2019 to 2022 batch).
• 3-5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Someone working in a VC/PE/AIF fund OR Big 6 with experience of auditing a VC/PE/AIF client OR GCC/Administrators serving this industry.
• Should have good Excel/PPT skills
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEBI AIF regulations, and financial compliance
• Excellent analytical & communication skills
