Italian Speaking Technical Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and managing the technical documentation required to support system installation, certification, and after-sales processes. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering high-quality technical materials to internal and external stakeholders.

• Create and deliver comprehensive technical documentation for installed systems, including system technical books, piping CAD layouts, and refrigerant logbooks.
• Collect and organize required documentation from both external technicians and internal suppliers to complete system certifications.
• Ensure all system certifications comply with local legislation (e.g., PED certification, external technician certifications).
• Collaborate with the Installation Area Manager and After Sales Area Manager to support project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Preferably experienced in a multinational environment managing similar technical documentation and certification processes.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in after-sales management and technical documentation.
• Experience in sales and pre-sales documentation.
• Proficiency in offering and order management processes.

Language Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Italian (required).
• Intermediate level of English (required).
