As we embark on creating a revolutionary entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia, this role will be instrumental in establishing and managing film studio operations that cater to local and international production needs.

The Senior Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of studio operations, ensuring that we provide cutting-edge facilities and services that support a diverse range of film and media projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, drive innovation, and ensure a world-class experience for filmmakers and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the film studios, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance studio utilization.
• Supervise facility maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and resources are up to industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and external production companies to understand and fulfill their operational needs.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure compliance with production schedules.
• Drive initiatives related to sustainability and environmental responsibility within studio operations.
• Train, mentor, and lead the operations team to cultivate a culture of excellence and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, industry stakeholders, and governmental bodies regarding studio operations.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in operations management, particularly within film or media production environments.
• Strong knowledge of film studio operations, including technical requirements and production processes.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address operational challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with implementing technology solutions in operations is advantageous.
