We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about precision, process improvement, and collaboration

What You'll Do:

• Lead the charge on month-end closings under both US and Local GAAP – from journal entries to HFM reporting and reconciliations.
• Analyze balance sheet and P&L variances, providing clear, insightful explanations.
• Collaborate with finance leaders and controllers to ensure smooth, timely month-end processes.
• Prepare, review, and validate accounting journals with a keen eye for compliance and accuracy.
• Own monthly account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and drive resolution.
• Deliver regulatory reports and support statutory and SOX audits with confidence.
• Create and maintain routine financial reports and dashboards for management.
• Be a key player in process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Help shape and refine accounting procedures, and mentor junior team members.

What We Need:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• Education: BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant; CECCAR represent an advantage.
• Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency.
• Skills: Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Tools: SAP and HFM experience is a plus.
