We’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing commercial team in September. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales and wants to be part of a fast-paced fintech startup.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute outbound prospecting through email, phone, and LinkedIn

  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the Account Executive team

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to refine targeting and messaging

  • Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with all prospect interactions

  • Help build a predictable sales pipeline

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally as an SDR

  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach

  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese (English is a plus)

  • Motivated, curious, and goal-oriented

  • Experience or interest in fintech is a plus – not a requirement
