🧩 What You’ll Do:
- Act as a change enabler and a bridge between business and IT delivery teams
- Translate business needs into clear technical documentation (PDDs, BRDs, process maps)
- Create business analysis deliverables
- Apply structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills to daily challenges
- Collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures within ArcelorMittal organization
📚 Requirements:
- Expertise in business process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
- Experience in documenting requirements for automation projects
- Familiarity with project management and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Visio
- Experience in creating and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes
- Skilled in leading workshops with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- General understanding of financial processes and ERP systems
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Degree in Finance, Economics, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field
🌟 Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of BABOK or ITIL frameworks
- Experience with LEAN tools like SIPOC and 5 Whys
