🧩 What You’ll Do:

Act as a change enabler and a bridge between business and IT delivery teams
Translate business needs into clear technical documentation (PDDs, BRDs, process maps)
Create business analysis deliverables
Apply structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills to daily challenges
Collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures within ArcelorMittal organization

📚 Requirements:

Expertise in business process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
Experience in documenting requirements for automation projects
Familiarity with project management and software development life cycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Visio
Experience in creating and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes
Skilled in leading workshops with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
General understanding of financial processes and ERP systems
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Degree in Finance, Economics, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field

🌟 Nice to Have:

Knowledge of BABOK or ITIL frameworks
Experience with LEAN tools like SIPOC and 5 Whys
