As a Vice President, you will play a leading role in the growth and development of our team, our intellectual property and business, manage and ensure successful delivery of engagements that tackle the most prominent development, policy, and business concerns. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop new and maintain existing intellectual property, including methodologies in both qualitative and data-driven analysis
Overall project leader who will manage the working team and client relationships, and ensure overall quality control to successfully deliver project outcomes
Business development responsibilities, including drafting of proposals, bringing new ideas to clients, and making presentations
Produce compelling thought leadership articles
Establish internal and external networks to drive new opportunities
Coach, develop, build and mentor junior members of the team

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Economics, Public policy from a reputable university with a strong academic track record. Master's degree is a plus but not a pre-requisite
Between 5-10 years of experience in economics or related fields and project management experience in a consulting firm
Expertise expertise in areas of economics such as economic impact analysis, computable general equilibrium modelling, econometrics, macroeconomics, cost-benefit analysis
Excellent strong problem-solving abilities
Demonstrate complex stakeholder management capabilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication
