Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Design and configure Oracle Fusion AP to support invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
    • Customize workflows and approval hierarchies based on business needs.
    • Set up suppliers, payment terms, and invoice matching rules.
  • Functional Analysis:
    • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Provide day-to-day support for AP users, resolving issues related to invoice processing, payment failures, and supplier setups.
    • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Testing & Documentation:
    • Develop and execute test scenarios for AP processes.
    • Document configurations, functional specifications, and user manual
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, especially Accounts Payable.
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Experience with invoice matching, payment processing, and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
