Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion AP to support invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
- Customize workflows and approval hierarchies based on business needs.
- Set up suppliers, payment terms, and invoice matching rules.
- Functional Analysis:
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide day-to-day support for AP users, resolving issues related to invoice processing, payment failures, and supplier setups.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Testing & Documentation:
- Develop and execute test scenarios for AP processes.
- Document configurations, functional specifications, and user manual
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, especially Accounts Payable.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience with invoice matching, payment processing, and supplier management.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
