The Technical Solution Manager responsibilities are to lead, and supervise activities related to Managed Service and Operations of the BSS-OSS products specifically Order Management, Billing, Rating, Charging, Provisioning, etc. The candidate is expected to have deep knowledge of the Oracle BSS/OSS RODOD stack solution and lead effectively across functional teams, apply proven leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide the Managed Services Solutions Management team.
The successful candidate will be a technical, hands-on manager who is capable of building a high-performance Operations and Support team in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will also manage customer escalations and provide action plans to resolution. This implies managing architects, SME and technical collaboration with Product support and Product Engineering teams.
- Responsible to manage the services solutions practice leading his technical team in managing customer escalations, complex problems or troubleshooting activities with regards to Communications platforms-related issues/questions
- Interface and liaise with the customer´s Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, Our Support, Consulting, and Engineering teams in the event of emergencies/crisis
- Support his team and actively help in every support-related request or concern raised by the customer
- Establish or refine Managed Services practice with focus on Solution Management support
- Develop and improve Service Delivery activities, processes, and best practices that guarantee customer satisfaction related to our support
- Supervise and monitor general customer perception on our installed base of solutions
- Be attentive and supportive of all Service Delivery activities and resources
- Perform quality controls and monitor all customer-related communications
