Peak Season Operations Coordinators service the North America market and are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day RXO Peak Operations for the RXO customer’s network they are assigned.
Full office work
You will focus on the customer and carriers service aspect of our business, helping them move their inventory in the most cost-effective way by identifying and providing logistics solutions. As temporary hire at RXO, you will work along with the Permanent Operations team to effectively operate a customer account through constant communication with customer contacts, carriers and drivers. These conversations include but are not limited to, ensuring all transportation arrangements are made, negotiating the cost of transportation based on market trends, and identifying and resolving issues.
Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
- Attending scheduled training workshops to get acclimated with Peak Season project, operational framework, and standardized processes.
- Promote tech tracking requirement to all Peak drivers
- Proactively track loads for early identification and resolution on issues
- Escalate issues to Peak team leaders
- Manage drivers until each multi-stop load is delivered in full (marking in/out times at each stop, monitoring ETA’s, confirming trailer numbers)
- Collaborative communication with Customer, RXO drivers, and fellow teammates
- Constant communication with Customer regarding tracking updates and potential issues
- Coverage of all planned loads & recovery support
- Uphold service expectations & provide top tier service.
- Facilitate questions from Customer employees, driver, and fellow RXO alike.
- Work with Coyote leadership to adjust shift schedules based on cuustomers needs.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experiences
- English – level B1/B2 (Polish not required)
