About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter / Waitress to join Shimmer in Jumeirah Olhahali Island. 

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Uphold Jumeirah's values and brand standards, ensuring proactive, timely, and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Assist the Outlet Manager in organizing daily service operations and schedules to ensure smooth dining experiences for guests
• Maintain excellent communication with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and coordination during meal periods
• Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared, presented, and served according to the highest quality standards
• Assist in checking and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining areas, ensuring tables are set correctly and ready before guest arrivals
• Share guest preferences, special requests, and dietary restrictions with the service team to ensure personalized service

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience  
• Bachelor / Diploma certificate
• Ability to speak Chinese fluently
• Have a strong eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of service
