ABOUT THE POSITION

我们的期望： 

• 对动画原则有良好的掌握，并且能够很自然地呈现； ·
• 对游戏动画、电影动画有热情，能够主动积极学习并且能在维塔士的培训中得到成长； ·
• 能够良好理解创作要求，想象力丰富，并且能够转化为3D动画； ·
• 有好奇心，能积极参与讨论； ·
• 不害怕向他人寻求意见和帮助； ·
• 能把动画作为自己的事业追求； ·
• 申请者需要用MAX和MAYA软件工作，我们也会提供相关培训。

• 动画相关专业，本科以上学历。或有超过2年的动画培训经历； ·
• 熟悉3DMAX或者MAYA； ·
• 需要提供动画相关的个人作品；（1.你的作品需要包含写实和卡通风格；2.你的作品能够证明你对动画的理解力。） ·
• 有无工作经验均可，需要具备动画技巧和理解力；（你需要展示：1.学习的热情； 2.对动画和游戏行业的热情； 3.对动画行业的基本理解力； 4.对西方及亚洲动画风格有所了解。） ·
• 需要对工作有专业的态度，对维塔士有热情； ·
• 需要有良好的团队意识。（例如：1.愿意分享想法和帮助别人； 2.愿意接受意见和发现问题； 3.有团队合作精神。） 
• 岗位补充（加分项）： ·
• 有绑定和皮肤的基本理解力尤佳； ·
• 能够操作Motion Builder尤佳。
