This is a remote position.



Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Night Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 8:45am to 5pm New York Time (8:45pm - 5am Manila Time)
  • Friday - 8:45am to 3:45pm New York Time (8:45pm - 3:45am Manila Time)

Will report to multiple Reimbursement Team Coordinators, assisting with day-to-day requirements necessary for the team's success. This position will be responsible for tasks both repetitive and unique in nature, requiring a detail-oriented candidate who can adapt to changing needs.


Responsibilities:

· Collect scorecards and reports from the team; follow up with team members to ensure receipt.

· Review reports to ensure accuracy and provide solutions for errors.

· Escalate issues to appropriate parties.

· Collect and enter sensitive data into relative software packages.

· Grant access to specific documents based on employee position.

· Gather and review information that requires attention from other teams.

· Maintain the Company Accountability Chart

· Other duties as assigned.

· Ability to seamlessly accept assignments from and adapt to multiple partners.

· Extremely responsible and well organized.

· Above-average attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.

· Able to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines.

· Excellent computer skills and thorough understanding of internet navigation.

· Excellent verbal and written communication, focusing on being respectful and polite.

· Problem-solving a plus.

Requirements


Education/experience required:

· 2-year college degree

· 2 years related experience

· Experience in training others is a plus.
