Schedule : Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm AEST / 20 hours a week
Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist 

Job Responsibilities : 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with aggressive growth objectives.
  • Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to create targeted content funnels and messaging strategies.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats including social media posts, reels, videos, and blog articles.
  • Optimize WordPress website performance and implement conversion-focused funnel strategies.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms with strategic content scheduling and community engagement.
  • Produce and edit video content, images, and multimedia assets for various marketing channels.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and content strategy.
  • Support client digital marketing projects and contribute to agency service delivery when needed.

 Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive aggressive growth and high ROI.
  •  Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and the ability to analyze user behavior to create effective content funnels and messaging strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling, high-quality content across multiple formats including social media posts, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), long-form videos, and blog articles.
  •  Hands-on experience with WordPress, including site performance optimization and implementation of conversion-focused landing pages and funnel strategies.
  •  Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including content planning, scheduling tools, audience engagement, and growth tactics.
  • Proficiency in video production and editing, graphic design, and multimedia asset creation using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs to continuously optimize campaign performance and content effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting client digital marketing projects and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and results.
  • A creative, strategic thinker who is also detail-oriented and results-driven.
