Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with aggressive growth objectives.
- Analyze website traffic data and user behavior to create targeted content funnels and messaging strategies.
- Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats including social media posts, reels, videos, and blog articles.
- Optimize WordPress website performance and implement conversion-focused funnel strategies.
- Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms with strategic content scheduling and community engagement.
- Produce and edit video content, images, and multimedia assets for various marketing channels.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and content strategy.
- Support client digital marketing projects and contribute to agency service delivery when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive aggressive growth and high ROI.
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and the ability to analyze user behavior to create effective content funnels and messaging strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling, high-quality content across multiple formats including social media posts, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), long-form videos, and blog articles.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, including site performance optimization and implementation of conversion-focused landing pages and funnel strategies.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including content planning, scheduling tools, audience engagement, and growth tactics.
- Proficiency in video production and editing, graphic design, and multimedia asset creation using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs to continuously optimize campaign performance and content effectiveness.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting client digital marketing projects and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and results.
