This is a remote position.
Full-time: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 1 hour unpaid break
Timezone: Singapore
Responsibilities:
Outreach to leads provided by us, along with some lead sourcing through online research
Personalised outreach via email (from a Westbourne-issued Gmail account) and LinkedIn, with potential use of WhatsApp (TBC)
Use of outreach templates provided
Occasional additional outreach activities, as reasonably required
Clear and confident communication with senior executives and leaders
Proactive engagement to seek guidance and support as needed, ensuring high-quality outcomes and minimising errors
Scheduling of confirmed meetings directly into the Head of Partnerships’ calendar
A KPI of 8 meetings per week, with a bonus per attended meeting
A weekly report summarising key learnings, wins, and challenges
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership development, lead generation, or business development
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency with digital communication platforms (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp)
- Experience with CRM systems (particularly Hubspot)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Professional demeanor and demonstrated business relationship management capabilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while following established processes
- Experience in the education sector is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work between Singapore and Sydney time zones
- Understanding of B2B2C partnership dynamics
- Comfort with performance metrics and KPI tracking
