We are fun and energetic company specializing in tent rentals and kids' bounce houses, providing high-quality services for corporate functions, community events, private parties, and large-scale gatherings. We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our client base, manage bookings, and drive revenue growth.
This is a remote position ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for sales and event planning. The Sales & Business Development Representative will focus on generating new leads, handling incoming inquiries, and coordinating all event bookings for tent rentals and bounce house services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage corporate clients, community organizations, and large companies to
- promote our services.
- Answer all incoming sales calls and schedule rentals accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Schedule and track all events and rentals, maintaining open communication with the
- owners and team members.
- Manage the full sales process from outreach to booking confirmation.
- Maintain organized records of bookings, schedules, and client interactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and event coordination.
- Attend virtual networking events and stay active in online community spaces
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or event services preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple bookings
- and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Positive, proactive, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for creating fun, memorable experiences for clients and their guests
