In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow Trip.com's social media presence and follower base across various channels.
- Identify key strategies and launch initiatives aimed at boosting channel performance and increasing market share.
- Create compelling content and execute marketing campaigns to drive follower growth, continuously reviewing and optimizing strategies for improvement.
- Set measurable goals to increase social media followers and channel subscribers, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Lead lead-generation campaigns to support new user acquisition and drive business growth.
- Monitor content delivery, proactively troubleshooting any issues before, during, or after campaign/project launches.
- Analyze and report on channel performance, offering insightful recommendations to enhance strategy and optimize product resources.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, potential partners, and emerging strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist with cross-market operational duties as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with product teams, design teams, and HQ teams for seamless execution of initiatives.
- Work closely with Trip.com's global offices to align on marketing and merchandising campaigns.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management, particularly in community building and daily operations on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Telegram Channel, and TikTok.
- Strong content creation skills, with a preference for experience in short-form video and graphic design.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and prior managerial experience is a plus.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen interest in learning new global OTA strategies.
- Understanding of travel products and how to tailor offerings to meet the preferences and behaviours of the target market.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and graphic design is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
