Your new role
Reporting to the Reward Lead – Advice & Delivery, Colleagues & Culture, the Reward Consultant is responsible for responsible for key operational deliverables aligned to AustralianSuper reward programs and practices. In conjunction with the Reward Lead, Delivery and Advice this role ensures the ongoing alignment of reward execution and design to enable and optimise the reward program at the Fund.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
Maintaining reward benchmarking and advice and associate matching of the Fund’s grading structure and roles within the associated tools. Provide and Manage reward advice and market practice advice and expertise to a range of stakeholders across the Fund.
Continually enhance the reward acumen of the C&C team, particularly across the Talent and Colleague Partnership functions.
Play a central role in the delivery of key cyclical annual remuneration processes including the Annual Remuneration Review and the Promotions/ In-role adjustment process.
Participate in reward design and delivery projects across the Fund in support of Fund growth and other key objectives.
Partner with industry peers, third party providers and reward leaders to ensure the Fund is informed of critical reward trends and developments.
Contribute to the reward enhancement of systems and tools to ensure the reward team is constantly enhancing processes for end users and decision makers.
Contribute to the review of reward practices to ensure alignment with overall strategy and members best financial interests.
What you’ll need
4+ years’ experience as a Reward Specialist/ Analyst/ Consultant.
Experience with an HRIS (Oracle preferred) is beneficial.
Prior experience within a financial service, superannuation and/or for-purpose environment.
Sound knowledge of market benchmarking and job evaluation techniques.
Strong and proven results orientation.
Demonstrated strong analytical capability in Excel.
High level of personal integrity as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters.
