We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer II – Fullstack to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and scalable backend systems. This is a hands-on role where you will work across the full stack—frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud services—using modern technologies like ReactJS, Python, and Golang.

You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a product-driven culture, is passionate about building clean and efficient code, and is eager to contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using ReactJS, Golang, and Python.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to architect and implement seamless user interfaces and robust server-side logic.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with internal and external systems.
• Write clean, modular, well-documented, and unit-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues across the full stack.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes, tools, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in fullstack software development.
• Strong expertise in Python and Golang for building backend services and APIs.
• Solid experience in building rich, interactive UIs using ReactJS.
• Understanding of modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to performance tuning, caching, and optimization techniques.
• Previous work in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
