Java Software Engineer

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

• 4+ years of experience in backend development with Java (8/11/17)
• Strong command over Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices Architecture
• Experience in solution design/architecture, with the ability to break down complex business needs into scalable and modular components
• Sound knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Strong expertise with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience building or scaling platforms or product-based systems (NOT just service-based projects)
• Hands-on with cloud environments (AWS/Azure preferred), Docker, CI/CD tools
• Exposure to distributed systems and performance optimization techniques
• Great communication skills and leadership mindset

Bonus Points For 

• Prior experience in fintech, investment tech, or B2B SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Kafka, event-driven systems, GraphQL, Kubernetes
• Experience leading pods or mentoring junior developers
