THE ROLE
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who is passionate about performance and experienced in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across key platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a strategic vision, and the ability to identify growth opportunities through performance marketing. Experience in B2C Retail, with a focus on driving sales and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), will be highly valued.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Design, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Analyze performance data and generate reports (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and messaging.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure alignment between copy, creatives, and campaign objectives.
- Propose growth strategies across paid channels aligned with business goals.
- Manage advertising budgets and provide investment forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital advertising platforms.
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
- Advanced understanding of audiences, segmentation, pixel/tagging, and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Valuable experience in B2C retail environments (e-commerce, physical products, consumer brands).
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive and autonomous working style.
