TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. TikTok seeks a product marketing professional with a background in digital media to lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in Korea. Sitting as part of the Australia, New Zealand and Korea Product Marketing team in the Product Solutions & Operations organisation, the role involves close collaboration with both in-market sales and global product teams in a high growth environment. Ability to self-motivate, prioritise projects and influence cross functional partners are key skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working with digital advertising products in a product marketing capacity and also be familiar with app and brand marketing. This is a full-time position based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Own product growth and adoption for specific TikTok ad products and/or measurement products in South Korea
- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop best practices through the lens of marketers to drive business outcomes
- Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global & Regional product marketing teams to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies
- Plan and deliver product training to sales teams and develop product marketing collaterals
- Act as the voice of the market to the product team; analyze, evaluate and synthesise market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps
