About The Role
The Content Operations Associate will work within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) Team, under Distribution Partnerships: Operations, to execute the vision for how TikTok user-generated content (UGC) is showcased in global marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for sourcing and reviewing content that represents the diverse, creative TikTok community and for building processes to support the overall DAM team. This role will directly support our Global Business Marketing team and contribute to priority B2B campaigns, out-of-home (OOH) events, and more. The Associate will collaborate with Content, Risk Control, and Brand teams, as well as data and product stakeholders to support tools that meet long-term cross-functional needs. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about the TikTok content ecosystem. They must be capable of managing competing priorities, building strong cross-functional relationships, and succeeding in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple priority projects simultaneously and ensure deliverables are available in a timely manner
- Collaborate with business marketing teams to curate and deliver content according to their standards
- Manage relationships and requests with our creative agency, across global time zones
- Review and provide feedback on TikTok content according to various guidelines
- Report on key business KPIs for internal tracking and resource management
- Categorize and manage assets in our Digital Asset Management system, as well as relevant metadata
- Additional project support/process development
- Support ongoing content audits
- Track and maintain UGC according to compliance standards
- Work with our global product and data stakeholders to improve tools and maximize efficiency
