Team Intro
The Business Partner Managers Team work with the industry’s leading export advertisers in various verticals, helping them scale at efficiency. The team is responsible for working closely with very sophisticated advertisers, maintaining high levels of engagement and relationships, in order to position TikTok as a trusted partner to help our clients grow. As a member of this team, you are expected to have experience in advertising sales from either media or platform, or have branding and performance marketing experience to penetrate the clients to deliver revenue objectives and execute the sales growth strategies. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for successfully executing a media sales role by delivering and selling TikTok advertising products and solutions to D2C (Direct to Consumer) clients.

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok, within the Consumer Tech vertical focusing on apps and web solutions for Israeli startups.
- Lead and grow C-Level client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships.
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions.
- This role will be located in our Tel Aviv office.
