工作职责

• 协助团队进行反欺诈、信贷准入、定额定价等风控策略核心工作的设计、效果评估与优化

• 处理和分析用户行为与交易数据，挖掘风险及业务特征，构建客户画像，为策略迭代提供依据
• 跟踪新策略落地效果，参与构建监控看板，定位问题并提出改进建议
• 跟进调研创新/业界主流算法及数据分析方法，并推进落地以解决实际风控问题
• 参与跨境电商等场景下创新风控策略的探索和适配性分析

Requirements

• 本科及以上在读，专业不限，数学、统计学、工程学或经济金融相关专业背景优先
• 逻辑思维清晰，具有责任心和进取精神，善于沟通协作
•  熟悉数据分析工具例如SQL, Excel 等，有Python/R等编程技能加分，理解统计原理及常用算法概念，对人工智能、大模型等技术应用有浓厚兴趣
• 对金融业务逻辑及风险控制有基本了解，关注跨境电商生态
