Candidate Profile:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to support transparency and planning.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
