Candidate Profile:


Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to support transparency and planning.


Responsibilities:  


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
A proactive, self-driven approach with a passion for people.
