A Day in the Life

An exciting brand-new role for an Associate Marketing Support Specialist to join the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager for the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business, the Associate Marketing Support Specialist will have an opportunity to work within a team of talented marketing professionals promoting highly innovative and market leading technology, services and solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure.

The primary focus of the role will be to provide operational support to the CRM Marketing team. There will also be a requirement and opportunity to be involved with activities associated with specific product marketing.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Provide support to the CRM Marketing team in a number of key areas:

Marketing Operations Support

• Marketing Analytics (sales data, market share data, etc)

• Marketing Performance Metrics

• Business Reporting / QBRs

• Supply and inventory management (local allocation, PAR levels, short dated, etc)

• Implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies (customer price lists, quotes, etc)

• Veeva approval process

• Tender submission process

Product Marketing Support

• Pricing strategies

• Product launch excellence

• Development and management of annual Marketing Plan / Campaign

• Sales Enablement strategies

• Regulatory / Reimbursement strategies

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Tertiary qualifications is essential

• A Customer focused approach

• Ability to interpret and report on various sources of data and information

• Ability to absorb complex technical information and an aptitude for technology

• Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.

• A valid drivers’ license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required
