What’s the role?

Commercial Bank is growing! we have newly created Assistant Relationship Manager positions across multiple regions within Perth. In this exciting role, you'll work hand-in-hand with Relationship Managers to nurture and grow our commercial client relationships. You'll dive into everything from credit submissions and deal structuring to financial analysis. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. Your insights will help spot potential risks and ensure our clients are always in the best financial shape.

What do I need?

Financial smarts, ideally from an accounting background.
Strong analytical skills for cash flow, risk, and financial statement analysis.
A knack for building genuine relationships and engaging communication.
Team player mentality with a collaborative spirit.
Drive and energy to tackle challenges with an open mind.
