What’s the role?

An exciting opportunity is available for a Service Delivery Specialist to join the infrastructure team in Group Technology. In this role, you will collaborate with team members and the SNS group to support and govern service delivery processes through the ServiceNow platform.

This involves close coordination with Design, Build, and RUN network engineers, as well as Project Managers, to facilitate the effective use of ITIL-based processes, including Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Catalogue Management. Additionally, the role includes producing comprehensive reporting on KPIs and SLAs, providing actionable insights to drive continuous service improvement for our customers.

What do I need?

2+ years’ experience in IT service delivery in large corporate infrastructure environment
Experienced using ServiceNow Change/Incident/Problem/Request, supporting services including KPI/metrics reporting.
Experience in developing Power BI reports - Desirable
Basic understanding of network technologies
ITIL experience, Foundations certificate (desirable)
Good communication and teamwork skills, with experience managing stakeholders.
