KPMG is looking for a motivated, customer focused individual who can contribute to day to day IT Operations portfolio.

 

Responsible for all day-to-day IT operational activities.
•    Good knowledge of L2/L3 EUC troubleshooting
•    Responsible for end-to-end IT incident management and request fulfilment workflow including monitoring 
and     tracking of tickets.
•    Ensuring that all processes used by the IT ServiceDesk team are documented, consistently audited, and     regularly improved.
•    Knowledge of IT Asset management
•    Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
•    End user knowledge of VC 

• Experience in incident, problem and change lifecycle management.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Good knowledge on active directory and AV, DLP, encryption . IM tools.
• Thorough understanding and experience in supporting O365 collaboration tools. 
• Experience in using EU MDM applications.
• Good understanding of cloud-based technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3  years of IT operations experience.
