San Marcos Academy, a private Christian school in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Baseball Coach for our high school program.

Position Details:

Part-Time / Stipend Position
Coaching responsibilities include: running daily practices 4-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday with some Saturday practices or games
Lead all aspects of the high school baseball program, including hiring assistant(s), tryouts, team development, and game-day coaching
Must be willing and able to drive (transport players) to away games
Model and mentor student-athletes in Christian character and sportsmanship

Requirements

A committed Christian who is passionate about shaping young men through athletics
Experience in baseball at the high school level (player and or coaching)
A positive role model who values teamwork, leadership, and personal growth
Able to communicate effectively with athletes, families, and school staff
Some administration or coaching of athletic programs (preferred)
