1. Monitoring of Day-to-Day Activities which includes vessel/rail/road operations and ensure targets and deadlines are effectively met..
2. Daily planning and analysis of activities in berthing meeting.
3. Analyse daily,weekly,monthly for improvement.
4. Achievement of optimum productivities and reliability of service to customers.
5. Contribution in fulfillment and compliance of MICT Legal / statutory and operational requirements.
6. Contributing to continuous improvement.
7. Contributing for the meeting of Business targets and objections.
8. Supervise and manage the terminal supervisory group into an efficient and effective team.
9. Liaise with inter departments for proper service from ‘supporting’ departments.
10. Goal / Target setting for all planning and operations staff.
11. Trend setting and analysis of operational parameters.
12. Devising and development of operational procedures and reports.
13. Contractor management
14. Operational Budget allocation
15. Ensuring safe and correct working practices.
