Position Description: The Lifestyle Manager: This position will assist in helping residents with a variety of needs as they arise in the areas of lifestyle and community living. This position is responsible for all community programming, including but not limited to teaching classes, implementing programs, attending events, participating on committees, and assisting the General Manager in various functions.
The Lifestyle Manager is responsible for a multitude of inquiries including (but not limited to) Billing and Statement inquiries, Community Rules Review, and other HOA/property management related tasks.
Lifestyle Functions:
- Plans/coordinates/staffs engaging community events and activities
- Prepares flyers and community communication
- Coordinates New Resident Orientations and Delivers Welcome Gifts as needed
- Assists residents with management related issues as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Administrative Support:
- Screens all Administrative phone calls
- Updates website, flyers, and marketing materials
- Assists with office purchasing and other needed items
- Assists General Manager as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 4 Year College Degree preferred
- 2+ years of recreation, event management, or related field experience
- Homeowner Association experience preferred
- Outgoing personality with a creative mind to bring new and exciting programming to the community
- Ability to interact professionally with residents and staff
- Computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms including Outlook
- Knowledge of Electronic/Mobile Devices/Internet/Media Services
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs. in weight
- Must be able to occasionally work weekends and evenings
