About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in improving student retention and satisfaction by:

Analysing internal and external data to uncover insights into student behavior.
Supporting retention initiatives through statistical modeling and forecasting.
Evaluating the impact of student interventions and communications.
Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

Tertiary qualification in statistics, analytics, mathematics, computer science or related field
Strong SQL and Python skills
Experience with cloud-based data warehouses
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to deliver high-quality results under deadlines

Desirable:

Experience with Tableau or Power BI
Familiarity with AWS (S3, Lambda, Chalice)
Understanding of Gen AI applications
