Business Development:

• Business development involves strategies and activities focused on growing a company's customer base, revenue, and market share.
• Key responsibilities may include identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving sales and marketing initiatives.
• Effective business development requires strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Prospecting and lead generations to identify potential new clients in target industries and markets
• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to win new business
• Networking and building relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and potential partners
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborating with the project delivery team to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform the company's business development strategy

 

Sustainability Management:

• Provide advisory services on a range of sustainability topics such as climate change, energy efficiency, waste management, supply chain sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.
• This can include managing programs related to carbon footprint reduction, waste management, renewable energy, employee wellbeing, and community engagement.
• Conduct materiality assessments and gap analyses to evaluate clients' current sustainability practices, identify key focus areas, and determine opportunities for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive sustainability strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients' business objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, to deliver integrated sustainability solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and frameworks to advise clients on evolving requirements and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of sustainability-related thought leadership, tools, and resources
