Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly meticulous and conscientious person to join our Shared Service Center Logistics team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy and compliance of invoices issued by our logistics partners across Europe, while also providing essential support to our logistics operations team.
Location: Warsaw
What You'll Do:
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Match invoices to pre-calculation made
- Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payment
- Maintain and continuously improve invoicing tools and reporting processes, proposing enhancements to increase efficiency and data accuracy
- Review and validate WMS data and transport cost calculations ensuring accurate monthly financial provisioning reports
- Liaise with other Agfa teams and customers to agree needed actions / solution
- Support the logistic operations team

- Previous experience in a logistics administration role is an advantage

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools
