UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and effective user workflows and interactions across web and mobile platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, storyboards, and interaction design specifications to clearly communicate design intent.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions; gather user insights and iterate accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, dev, marketing) to ensure cohesive product development.
• Document UX design decisions and ensure alignment with user personas and business goals.
• Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and industry best practices.

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred, but Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD also accepted).
• Solid grasp of usability principles and responsive/adaptive design.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with frontend development is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Material Design and/or Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Proficiency in creating Story Maps, Customer Journey Maps, and User Stories.
• Excellent visual design sense (typography, layout, composition).
• Clear communication skills in English (B2+ level required).
• A strong design portfolio is mandatory (please include a Figma link or similar).
