Product Designer

• Design original graphics, patterns, and illustrations for textiles, packaging, and product labeling
• Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding
• Translate moodboards and concepts into production-ready artwork
• Prepare print-ready files and technical specs for manufacturers
• Stay current on trends in kids’ fashion, color, and surface design
• Contribute to seasonal product launches with fresh, on-brand visuals

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in graphic design, surface pattern design, or illustration (kids/baby industry is a plus)

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Procreate
• Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and pattern development
• Understanding of textile printing techniques and file preparation for production
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with color, composition, and storytelling through design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A good eye for what appeals to modern parents and children alike
